A lot of people are tired of establishment politics. They are looking for a change!
keep an eye on: to watch carefully

exposure: to be seen
The store got a lot of exposure when it was featured in the movie.
be up in arms: to be very angry
People were up in arms about the park closing for the summer.
bombarded: to attack someone with questions or requests
The doctors who treated Trump were bombarded with questions about his COVID treatment.
Reputable: well-known
It’s important to check reputable sources when reading the news.
hoax: fake / not real
There are some people in the United States who think that COVID is a hoax.
show up in droves: in large groups
People were showing up in groves to vote.
lay down the groundwork: prepare
Joe Biden is not perfect but he can lay down the groundwork for change.
the boonies: countryside/ rural area
They live in the boonies so it’s hard for them to get mail.
